The scope, deliverables, pricing, payment terms, timelines and cancellation terms for any engagement are set out in a written proposal or client agreement, which must be accepted before work begins.

Payments for services are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the payment terms in your client agreement and to the terms of the payment processor.

However, marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions, your audience, your offers and how you implement our recommendations.
